ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• Position: Associate – Intellectual Property

• Location: Delhi

• Experience: 1–2 years

• Practice Area: Intellectual Property

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• IP Prosecution & Oppositions: Handle trademark filings, prosecution, opposition proceedings, and advise on trademark availability and infringement.

• IP Litigation & Enforcement: Handle IP-related litigation involving trademarks, copyrights, and patents, including criminal enforcement actions concerning copyright infringement.

• Legal Advisory: Provide strategic advice on IP protection, portfolio management, licensing, and commercialisation of intellectual property rights.

• Drafting & Documentation: Draft and negotiate IP-related contracts, including licensing and assignment agreements.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property.

• Experience in IP prosecution, oppositions, litigation, enforcement, or advisory work.

• Prior experience working at a law firm will be preferred.
