ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Position: Legal Executive
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 0–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time

The role involves providing legal support to business and internal teams across commercial contracts, litigation, licensing, registrations and intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and vet commercial agreements.
  • Support contract management and evaluate contractual risks.
  • Provide legal support to business and internal teams.
  • Handle litigation proceedings, legal notices and court documents.
  • Draft suits, petitions, writ petitions and replies.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel.
  • Assist with business licences and registrations.
  • Support Intellectual Property Rights matters.
  • Review KYC documentation and coordinate with relevant departments.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 0–3 years of experience in contract management.
  • Experience in litigation, including court filings and proceedings.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with legal and business teams.
