Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 28 September 2026

At Lawkari, we aim to provide high-quality legal education through online courses, workshops, resources and learning experiences. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any product or service from our website.

1. Course & Digital Product Purchases

Due to the nature of digital educational products, course access may be provided immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Once access to a digital course, recorded content, downloadable resource or other digital educational product has been provided, refunds may generally not be available solely because the learner has changed their mind or no longer wishes to continue.

However, this does not affect any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

A refund may be considered in circumstances including:

  • Duplicate payment for the same course or service.
  • Payment being deducted but the course/order not being successfully activated.
  • Technical issues attributable to Lawkari that prevent access to a purchased course and cannot reasonably be resolved.
  • A course or service being materially different from what was represented at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation by Lawkari before the course, workshop or programme commences.
  • Any other circumstance where a refund is required under applicable law.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact us at:

Email: contact@lawkari.in

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Order/payment ID
  • Course or programme purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Relevant supporting information, where applicable

We may request additional information to verify the transaction.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment gateway and banking timelines.

Where applicable, Lawkari will process an approved refund within the timeframe required under applicable law or within the timeframe communicated to the learner.

5. Course Access & Refunds

Where a learner has substantially accessed or consumed a digital course, including course videos, downloadable materials, assignments or other protected educational content, the availability of a refund may be affected, subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances of the request.

6. Workshops & Live Programmes

For workshops, webinars and live programmes, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the programme.

Any programme-specific refund or cancellation terms displayed on the relevant registration or payment page will form part of the applicable purchase terms.

If Lawkari cancels a programme, eligible participants will be informed about the applicable refund or alternative arrangement.

7. Payment Gateway Issues

If your account has been debited but your order or course access has not been generated, please contact us with the transaction details.

We will verify the payment status with the relevant payment service provider before processing the request.

8. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe that a transaction was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately with the transaction details. We may request information necessary to investigate the transaction.

9. Changes to This Policy

Lawkari may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
